Chesapeake Bay Seafood House
Chesapeake Bay Seafood House opened our first restaurant back in 1974, setting a goal to provide good food at a fair price in a friendly atmosphere. We combined the personal touch of full service dining with the "All You Can Eat" concept.

Chilis
The story of Chilis began in March of 1975 when the first restaurant was opened on Greenville Ave. in Dallas, Texas. The goal was to create a neighborhood style eating establishment that would offer excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price, in a casual, fun, and attractive atmosphere. Since that time the Chilis concept has continued to grow, not only in cities throughout Texas, but all across the United States.

In 1985 Brinker International offered us a franchise of their  Chili's Grill and Bar concept.  We now have over 26 Chili's of our own in selected areas of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. We have plans for continued expansion for the next several years. Management opportunities have never been more exciting!

Chili's is a fast paced casual theme restaurant. Although the focus is on Southwestern fare, the menu changes constantly to keep up with our guests' changing tastes. Chili's signature items include fajitas, B-B-Q Baby Back Ribs, the Awesome Blossom, and the best burgers anywhere.


On the Border
In July of 1982 David deN. Franklin, Frederick G. Molsen and Paul S. Heyd became partners and opened a full service Tex-Mex restaurant. When their new restaurant concept, On The Border, came closer to reality they recruited the help of the third member of the group, Paul Heyd, a TGIF general and regional manager.

In May of 1994, On The Border became a part of the Brinker International team. In December of 1996, Brinker offered Chesapeake Bay the opportunity to franchise OTB in the Washington, D.C. area. We currently operate three locations in the area offering patio seating and reasonable pricing.

On the Border is a casual mid-scale restaurant featuring mesquite grilled specialties and high quality Tex-Mex favorites. Frozen margaritas, specialty tequilas and Mexican beers round out the menu served in surroundings great for family, friends and gatherings of any occasion, and located right in your neighborhood.
