GRILLED SHRIMP ALFREDO
Spicy garlic and lime grilled shrimp over penne pasta tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce. Topped with seasoned tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and garlic toast.

FIRECRACKER TILAPIA
A grilled tilapia fillet brushed with a sweet & spicy glaze & garnished w/red chile tapenade and sesame seeds. Served w/seasonal veggies & rice.

SOUTHWEST CEDAR PLANK TILAPIA
A seasoned tilapia fillet topped w/chimichurri (cilantro, garlic, & lime) sauce and pico de gallo.  Cooked & served on a cedar plank w/ seasonal veggies and rice on the side.

FRIED TILAPIA
Hand-battered and fried.  Served with sweet corn on the cob, homestyle fries and blossom sauce.

GRILLED SALMON W/GARLIC & HERBS
8 oz. salmon fillet seasoned w/garlic & herbs.  Served w/rice & seasonal veggies.

CRABMEAT QUESADILLAS
Maryland-style crabmeat mixed cheeses, spiced with Old Bay & served w/sour cream & pico de gallo.

JUMBO FRIED SHRIMP
Hand battered & fried, w/homestyle fries, cole slaw, sweet
corn on the cob and cocktail sauce
