8 oz. top sirloin w/our own special seasoning & topped w/savory steak butter & roasted herb jus. Served w/your choice of two sides & garlic toast.

HONEY BBQ SIRLOIN
8 oz. top sirloin grilled with a honey BBQ sauce.   Served w/your choice of two sides & garlic toast.

FLAME-GRILLED RIBEYE
12 oz. ribeye steak seasoned with herbs & garlic. Served w/grilled with your choice of 2 sides and garlic toast

CAJUN RIBEYE
12 oz. ribeye steak seasoned w/Cajun spices and topped w/roasted herb jus & spicy Cajun butter. Served w/grilled fresh veggies, mashed potatoes and garlic toast.

COUNTY-FRIED STEAK
May not be fire-grilled, but it is fork-tender!  Hand-battered CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF with mashed potatoes & black pepper gravy.  Served with sweet corn on the cob & garlic toast
